MyEnergyLink members will not see your profile unless you decide to accept a request for connection.
You disclose your company’s identity only when you send a request for connection or when you accept a request for connection
Please remember that your profile is partially viewed by members who have published an offer. Your identity is not disclosed at this stage.
If the offer matches your profile, either you or the member who published it can decide to send a request for connection. The first company who decides to send a request for connections discloses their name and company details.
If the other company decides to accept this request for connection, then their identity is also disclosed.
