    - And don’t worry, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Personal Data and Cookies Charter

If you do not want to be a Member anymore and you want to delete your account,
then you must click « I delete my Account » below

    1. No, I do not want to receive and/or send anymore emails related to request(s) for connection pursuant to matching proposed by MyEnergyLink.

       In both cases, I agree and acknowledge: 
 
         * as well as authorize MyEnergyLink

• a- not to transmit anymore the data and information I have registered on MyEnergyLink, to other Members and this at the latest upon expiry of thirty (30) day period (« the PERIOD ») starting this day I’m ticking this box,
• b- not to detect anymore other fellow Members  that can match with my activity profile/my published offers on MyEnergyLink, and  
• c- not to make anymore matching in relation with my account

         * that I consequently cannot receive and/ or send anymore request for connection (business opportunities) at the latest at the expiry of the PERIOD. 

      2. Beware by deleting your account, 
          you will not be able to use anymore our Services dedicated to our Members only!  

Therefore, I and my company, waive any right of recourse against Evolen, partners, sponsors, its/their affiliates and release, protect, defend, indemnify and hold Evolen, partners, sponsors, its/their affiliates harmless from and against any damage, loss, such as but not limited to CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, liability, claim, demand, suit, proceeding, judgment, cost, expense (including Court costs and attorneys' fees), fee, fine, penalty, and any other cause of action resulting from and/or in connection with  the deletion of the account.
